Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return period. This means you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

• The item is in its original condition

• It is unused

• All labels are still attached

• It is in the original packaging

• You have your order number available

How to start a return

If you would like to return an item, you can easily do so by sending us an email at info@eurodecants.com. After approval, you will receive a return label and clear instructions from us.

Please note: Items sent back to us without a prior return request cannot be accepted.

Return costs

Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

• Within the Netherlands: €3.95

• Outside the Netherlands: the current shipping rates for the respective country

Damage and issues

Always check your order immediately upon arrival. If anything is wrong, please contact us as soon as possible at info@eurodecants.com. This applies in cases such as:

• A defective item

• A damaged item

• An incorrectly delivered item

To properly assess the issue, we kindly ask you to include photos of the item in its original packaging and to provide your order number.
