Fast shipping, high quality, nothing feels diluted, just good well packaged scents at a good price. There are a few fragrances i really want to try that they dont have so must source these elsewhere but i'm definitely shopping with eurodecants again,

Very good experience with EuroDecants. My package arrived damaged due to shipping, and some samples had leaked. I contacted customer support with photos, and they responded very quickly and professionally. They immediately offered me either a full refund or a complete reshipment of the order. Customer service was friendly, helpful, and understanding throughout the whole process. Mistakes can happen during international shipping, but what matters is how a store handles the situation — and EuroDecants handled it very well. Would definitely order again.

The perfume samples arrived without any issues and I am very satisfied with my order. The shipping was also quite fast, taking around 5–6 business days. Overall, a very positive experience and I would gladly give 4 stars.

The fragrances came pretty quick and were packaged well. And it was really nice that all the fragrances came in glass bottles and a free 1ml sample. Price was okay and some samples where more expensive then other, other then that the samples where around the same price. Unfortunately the LV collection was not in stock. So Overall for me 8/10.

The communication was great and the order was shipped pretty fast. Packaging was done well, and all the diffusers worked, vials were all labeled very good, no chance of falling off. Also the extra Babycat vial was appreciated. That said, it was the first time I used a decant service and it sure helped me to home in to some scents I like.

The decants are perfect, but even after the about 2 week shipment time both of my 2 orders, (which I orders 3 weeks from each other) were delayed 1 and 3 days. It's more a PostNL problem, but still something to think about
